WHT’s when visiting these platforms. Further details can be referred in
Telecommunication System Design Basis (Doc No. AD219-705-G-05051)

Navigational aids (including foghorn) for offshore installations shall be provided on each
WHT’s in accordance with the IALA, SOLAS requirements and local coastal protection
acts.

Wave off lights shall be provided on WHTs on helideck and boat landing area to warn
approaching helicopter or boats in case of a fire or a gas release on the tower. These
wave-off lights shall be designed as per CAP-437 requirements.
