Instructions
You will need a craft knife or other sharp knife, a pair of
scissors, some glue and a glue spreader.

The best type of glue to use is white school glue (PVA.)

First of all print out all five parts sheets onto thin cardboard.
Photocopier card is ideal. Leave the ink to dry completely
before continuing.

Before cutting anything out, score along all the dotted lines and
cut out any holes with a craft knife. Both these jobs are easier
to do on full sheets of card.

Dashed lines are hill folds, dotted lines are valley folds. Cut
along the solid lines. Grey areas show where to glue.

place so completing the finished tumbler

The Pins and Centre Shaft
Assemble the four pins as shown.

Glue them into place on the centre shaft before the
centre shaft is assembled.

Once the glue has dried, roll round the centre shaft and
glue it together as shown.

Finally, glue the end of the centre shaft into place
making sure that the pins line up with the green mark
on the shaft end.

Make sure that it is the correct way up!

Slide the first of the spacers up to the tumbler and glue it
into place. Use the grey line for alignment. Make sure that
the tumbler turns freely while the glue dries.

Repeat the same process with the three remaining
tumbler. The flaps on the final spacer glue to the inside of
the tube.

Once the glue is dry your lock is complete. Make sure you
don't loose the combination number!
