Acceptance of Terms

By using PDF.Capital you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the Service

  • The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
  • You are responsible for the files you process and the rights you hold to them.
  • You must not use the service to process content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

Advertising

This site is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. By using the site with advertising cookies enabled, you agree that Google and its partners may serve ads based on your interactions, subject to Google's advertising policies. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details and opt-out options.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the site are owned by PDF.Capital or their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF.Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

Contact

Questions: use our contact page.

Accounts and Security

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Administrative accounts require strong passwords, periodic password rotation and two-factor authentication. Tell us immediately through the contact page if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to disrupt or overload the service; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system without written permission; use automated systems to extract content at a volume that degrades the service for others; reverse engineer the service in order to redistribute it as your own; or process material that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates any applicable law. We may suspend access where use threatens the availability, integrity or legality of the service.

Your Files and Your Rights

You keep every right you already hold in the documents you process. We claim no licence over them. Tools that run in your browser never transmit your file; tools that require server processing delete inputs and outputs within one hour. You are solely responsible for confirming that you are permitted to process a given document.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time, including when a tool cannot meet the quality standard we expect. Nothing here creates an obligation to maintain any particular tool.

Third-Party Services

The site uses third parties for hosting, analytics and advertising. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and policies. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PDF.Capital harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, indemnity and intellectual property — continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.

Advertising and third-party content

Pages on this site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners. Advertisements are clearly labelled and are never presented as editorial content or as part of a tool interface. We do not control the products or claims made in third-party advertisements, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to process material you have no right to process, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to reverse engineer or scrape the site in an automated way, or to circumvent any technical limitation. We may block access where usage threatens the stability or security of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service evolves or as legal requirements change. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date shown on this page.
